Municipality of Tinos: Primary Care Center Support

This integrated system is based on the needs of the Primary Care Center for Vulnerable Groups of the Municipality of Tinos. The software that Uni Systems developed was based on the ACE ERP framework and covered the support and operational needs of the center. The installation of the specific system enhanced the capability of the center to serve the members of vulnerable groups across the island of Tinos, faster and more efficiently.

The Municipality of Tinos is a municipality of the South Aegean region that includes the island Tinos and its neighboring islands. It was created from the merger of the pre-existing municipalities of Tinos, Exomburgo and Panormos. The area of the  Municipality is 194,59 sq.km and its population is 8,636 inhabitants. The seat of the municipality is the city of Tinos.

Need

The Municipality of Tinos operates a Center for Primary Health Care and Provision that provides free food services, basic health care and preventive medicine to up to 120 members of vulnerable groups daily. For the better and faster operation of the center, the Municipality sought to install a software system tailored to its specific needs.

Uni Systems implemented a solution that allowed the Primary Care Center for Vulnerable Groups of the Municipality of Tinos to transform its operational processes and offer its services to those in need, in a more efficient way.
